Smoked sea trout and mackerel spread

IMG_9231For the spread I used,

1 smoked sea trout fillet

2 smoked mackerel fillets

1 packet of Philadelphia cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon of lime juice

Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. I gave a generous helping onto some crusty bread topped with some cheddar cheese. Place under a grill until the cheese has melted. Enjoy.
