Some might say that 2015 was a good year. I would say it was a very good year. The photo above is the summit of Galtymore in Co.Tipperary facing north. It is part of the Galtees mountain range in south Tipperary. It rises to 3015 feet at the summit. Myself and Mani climbed it this year in March. This was one of many achievements this year. We, as a family, also got to raise our own livestock and follow our dream of becoming farmers. Most notably we had a great year with our food blog. Thank you so much to every one of you who have supported us and followed us on this quest. We reached 94 countries. Most visitors came from Ireland and The United States with the United Kingdom not far behind. The top two most popular posts are Remy & Linguini’s Soup and our Pulled Lamb . Both of these posts were from 2013 so thank you for looking back at our work.

2016 will be no exception. We promise to share more of our unique recipes with you. Don’t waste your time with New Year’s resolutions that are designed for failure. Just set out some achievable goals that you can complete throughout the year. Health, wealth, relationships and personal growth are top on our list of goals. Happy New Year everybody and make it count.
