Scotch bonnet guacamole 

Here’s a healthy hot dip to snack on. Have it with breadsticks, smear it on chicken, served with eggs ( my personal favourite) or have it with salad. 


4 avocados 

1 scotch bonnet chilli

1 apple

15 red grapes 

1 medium tomato 

Generous squeeze of lime juice 

Salt and pepper to taste 

The Make:

Remove avocado flesh from fruit. Remove stalk from chilli. Add everything to a food processor and blitz until smooth. I prefer it a little rough for texture. Season with salt and pepper.
